Embellish Angel Loft Bamboo is an embroidery batting, special edition, 50/50 blend made from sustainably grown plant-based fibers blended with 50% cotton fibers, which results in an easy-to-stitch, thin, soft batting. The bamboos naturally porous fibers contain anti-microbial properties, creating a moisture-wicking foundation ideal for warmer weather quilts, garments, and projects. The batting contains a high-quality, needled stabilizer in the center that will not stretch and can be embroidered or quilted up to 8-10 apart.

Holds up to 40,000 embroidery stitches in a 5×7 hoop.
Traditional Quilting: Machine or hand quilt/embellish at least 8-10 apart.
In-the-Hoop Quilting: Place one layer of Embellish Soft Cutaway in the embroidery hoop as the foundation. Layer one or two pieces of Embellish Angel Loft Bamboo over the cutaway and baste. Begin building the layers of the quilt block as directed. When combined with Embellish Soft Cutaway stabilizer, the two will hold up to 50,000 embroidery stitches in a 5×7 hoop.
Testing has proven shrinkage to be no more than 2% when the finished quilt is laundered and dried in cool temperatures in a gentle cycle. Using hot water can cause 3-5%. Quilting, garment, and project fabrics can shrink up to 3%. Pre-shrinking Embellish Angel Loft Bamboo can be done by hand-washing in cold water with mild detergent. Soak for 10 minutes, squeeze out excess moisture by rolling up in a dry towel. Air-dry flat.
