The Little Shops In-Person Quilt Retreat with Jenn!

A retreat and slumber party all in one!

This four-day, three-night retreat will take place Sun-Wed, September 21-24, 2025. The registration fee includes your spot in the retreat and some meals. Scroll below for all the details on what is included. Bring any projects youd like to work on. Youll want to act fast, because there is a limit to how many people can register. So be sure to grab your spot for you and your quilting friends!

Where: Holiday Inn Express in Centerville, Ohio – Right behind our Panera!

When: Sunday, September 21 through Wednesday, September 24, 2025

Cost: $249 per person

What’s included in the cost:

Registration for the quilt retreat is $249 per person. This includes:

• The cost of the banquet room rental (starting 2pm Sunday through 5pm Wednesday)
• A six-foot table and chair for your sewing station
• A Pizza Party on the first night (Sun)
• Light lunch and snacks on Mon/Tues/Wed
• Ironing Stations to share
• Cutting Stations to share
• Optional Activities, such as Quilty Games and Doo Dad Demos
• Giveaways on the last day (Wed)
• Surprises!

What is not included in the cost:

Some things are not included in the cost of the retreat and will be up to each person to provide for themselves. This includes:

• Hotel Room for yourself, or share with a friend! (See below.)
• Dinner on Mon/Tues/Wed – There are MANY restaurants nearby that you can visit, or order in so you can sew more!
• Sewing Machine
• Travel Costs
• As the dates get closer, Ill email a packing list to all participants!

Rooms: You can book your own roomthrough the Holiday Inn Express for either a Standard 2 Queen Room or a King Room. This includes daily hot breakfast buffet, and parking is free!

• You will need to book your own hotel stay using this link: Booking. Make sure you double check the dates you are booking, as it defaults to include Wed night. The retreat is planned to end at 5pm on Wed.
• If you are local, feel free to sleep at home and join us during the day in the Banquet Room.

Quilty Games and Group Activities

I love games! Laughing and sewing will be the focus of our retreat, and games bring it all together!

Doo Dad Demos

There will be a Tester Table for you to try out different notion items before you decide to buy!

Sit & Sew

You can opt in or out of any of the group activities! The main purpose of this retreat is to come together with your friends or make new friends and work on your quilting projects! So feel free to bring any of your quilt projects from home to work on!

Little Shop Boutique

The Little Shop will be bringing a pop-up shop, so be sure to remember your credit card! Youll find fabrics, patterns, doo dads, kits, and more! Retreat participants can run a tab for all 4 days!

Paying for your registration here secures your spot in this retreat. Any quilty friends who want to join you will need pay their registration separately. Hotel reservations are done separately at the link above. You can get an individual room, make your own arrangements to share with a friend, or sleep at home and commute.
